Mahmoud holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, an MBA, and multiple certifications in facility, project, and asset management. A recognized industry expert, he is an active member of IFMA, IFMA FMCC, MEFMA, OMAINTEC, and the Saudi Council of Engineers, contributing to the advancement of FM best practices regionally and internationally. 

In 2025, he received the MEFMA Award of Excellence in FM in the category of “FM Industry Mentor”, recognizing his exceptional commitment to mentoring and developing FM professionals.
