Call for Paper
One of the main objectives of the Saudi Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management Association and the Arab Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management Council is to advance the engineering sector by enhancing professional competencies in asset, facility, and maintenance management, promoting smart operation and maintenance practices through training and qualification, and supporting research and studies in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and smart asset management.
This conference highlights the key challenges facing asset, facility, and maintenance management in the era of Artificial Intelligence. It will also address the latest global developments and innovations in digital transformation, as well as modern procedures and technologies in the field. Accordingly, the Scientific Committee of the conference invites researchers, specialists, and interested organizations to submit technical papers, research studies, and successful case studies covering various aspects of smart asset, facility, and maintenance management, in addition to exploring the economics of digital rehabilitation. These contributions aim to showcase practical experiences and in-depth applications in the field, which will be among the key topics discussed during the conference sessions and research papers.
Submission of Technical Papers
Researchers interested in submitting papers are encouraged to send a full paper to the scientific committee of the conference via the dedicated speakers’ portal. The submitted papers and research should include the following details:
- An updated short Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- A clear, high-quality personal photo
- Acceptance of the conference terms and conditions for publication
Submission Gudelines
A full paper must be submitted. Abstracts alone will not be accepted. The paper or workshop must align with the conference theme and objectives and address one of the listed topics or applications of Artificial Intelligence in asset and facility management.
The paper must be original, innovative, and offer clear practical value with high scientific quality.
All submissions must adhere to the specified deadlines. Any submission received after the deadline will be rejected.
Papers must comply with the required formatting specifications (Arial font, size 12) and be submitted in Word format. Any paper that does not meet these specifications will be rejected.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right not to disclose the reason for rejecting any paper.
Submissions must be made exclusively through the Speaker Portal. Papers submitted through any other means will not be accepted.
All accepted presentations will be published on the conference website one week after the conclusion of the event. If a speaker wishes to modify their presentation, they must provide the revised version to the committee within that week.
Benefits for Approved Papers
Accommodation will be provided only for speakers coming from outside Jeddah (maximum of three nights), including breakfast.
Full exemption from conference registration fees.
A certificate of appreciation or commemorative trophy for speakers.
Accepted papers will be published in the peer-reviewed and indexed OMAINTEC Journal.
Important Information
Speakers are responsible for obtaining their own visas. The organizers will provide necessary support, including official invitation letters, subject to availability.
The conference does not offer any financial compensation for presenting a paper or workshop.
The conference does not cover travel expenses. However, transportation services from and to King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah can be arranged upon request.
