His expertise encompasses facilities management, strategy, project management, change management, and commissioning management. Dr. Badar holds a PhD in Facilities Management from Binary University College of Management and Entrepreneurship (Malaysia), an MBA-IT from Coventry UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Glassco Caledonian. He has successfully led numerous multimillion-dollar facilities management contracts and has actively participated in various governmental committees and initiatives in recent years.
