Dr. Asmaa Mohamed Ahmed Nusairi is an Assistant Professor of Management and Director of the Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah. She also leads the Office of Scientific and Consultation Services. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Management from the University of Dubai, her research focuses on the UAE’s transition to a knowledge-based economy. She previously founded and led 2071 Management Consultancies, spearheading organizational change initiatives. A published author and government excellence assessor, Dr. Nusairi is recognized for her leadership, academic contributions, and commitment to innovation, professional development, and sustainable growth in the UAE.
