Eng. Kingkof is a Chartered Engineer and global leader in asset and facilities management, with 25+ years of experience across transportation, water, energy, and major infrastructure projects. He currently leads Asset & Facilities Management at the Royal Commission for Yanbu, driving digital transformation and strategic lifecycle planning. A Fellow of IAM and CIHT, he is also a certified AM Assessor and Facility Manager. Kingkof is a published author and active contributor to global AM standards, co-authoring IAM’s SAM+ and leadership frameworks. He has held leadership roles with AECOM, Colas, and KIS Plus, delivering pioneering solutions across the UK, GCC, and Caribbean. Kingkof authored Chapter 12 of “Building a Body of Knowledge in Project Management in Developing Countries” and continues to champion innovation, governance, and sustainable development globally.
