Marco holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has over 25 years of experience in industrial innovation and technology-driven transformation. He began his career in academic research before moving into industry, where he has held executive roles as CTO/COO and senior innovation consultant, leading cross-functional teams and large-scale industrial initiatives across multiple sectors.

He is a former founder and CEO of a high-tech non-destructive testing company and co-founder of an energy-storage start-up. His work focuses on Systematic Innovation, applying TRIZ as a core methodology for strategic problem solving, patent design-around, and technology forecasting, increasingly integrated with AI-driven engineering tools. Marco is also an Adjunct Professor of Innovation Management and Industrial Design at LIUC University, Italy.
