After completing his engineering studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where he also attended an exchange MBA course, Ondrej Stejskal has led and contributed to numerous international projects in the areas of supply chain management, maintenance, and asset management. His expertise spans strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. 

Ondrej is an active member of the Asset Management Committee and the Sustainability Working Group within the Asset Management section of the European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS). 

In his current role, he is leading logistics program management at Rimac Technology, where he develops and oversees complex logistics strategies that support the company’s automotive innovations.
