Working as consultant in the team of Logio, a Prague-based consultancy, Tomas Hladik has managed projects in power-generation, petrochemical, automotive, manufacturing, railways, FMCG and pharma industries for clients like: SKF, VW, Škoda Auto, BMW, Valeo, Laufen/Roca, Ammann, ASAHI, PKN Orlen, Škoda Group, Sotio, Oncomed and a number of others.  

Tom’s specializations include maintenance and spare parts management, asset management, digitalization, dynamic simulations, lean manufacturing, automated logistic technologies and production planning and scheduling. 

Tom has also been within EFNMS since 2005 active mainly in Education and Training and serving as Chairman of the European Training Committee in the past.
