Mania Kia is the Group CEO of one of the region’s leading training and workforce-development organizations, delivering more than 40,000 trainings annually across hospitality, F&B, soft services, health and safety, and professional development. Under her leadership, SaveFast serves as the exclusive representative of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) across the GCC, Asia, and Africa, spearheading the expansion of global cleaning standards and certifications. With over a decade of experience in Learning & Development, she has driven large-scale workforce upskilling programs and accreditation pathways. She previously served in the UK Youth Parliament and later became an executive consultant with InspirEngage, collaborating with the British Council on capacity-building programs across the GCC.
