Eng. Ali EL-Turki is a Lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Benghazi, Libya, specializing in water supply engineering. With over ten years of academic and professional experience, he focuses his research on water engineering planning and management. He has actively contributed to the field through publications and conference presentations, and he had the honor of speaking at OMAINTEC 2024 in Cairo and again at OMAINTEC 2025 in Jeddah.
He earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, USA, and recently completed a second Master’s in Engineering Management from the Libya Academy for Postgraduate Studies. Currently, he is applying engineering management tools and techniques to the water sector, aiming to improve efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in water supply systems.
