Professor of Higher Education since 2018, with over ten years of experience in teaching and research at the universities of Tlemcen and Ain Temouchent. Member of the Psychology and Quality of Life Research Laboratory at the University of Ouargla. Developed and managed accredited doctoral and master’s programs in learning disabilities. Specialized in talent measurement, having led the “Creative Thinking” research unit and developed the “Self-Assessment Scale for Personality Traits of the Gifted.” My academic passion recently extends to exploring intersections with modern technologies, currently focusing on applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in psychological data analysis and developing smart tools for talent detection and management, aiming to achieve higher accuracy and efficiency in assessment and prediction processes.
