Under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, the Arab Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management Council is organizing the 22nd International Asset, Facility, and Maintenance Management Conference (OMAINTEC FM). This conference reflects Saudi Arabia's commitment to enhancing sustainability and efficiency across various economic sectors. It will be held from January 26 to 28, 2025, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, serving as a strategic platform for knowledge exchange among professionals and stakeholders in this critical field, where effective management is vital for operational sustainability.
This conference is strategically partnered with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Ministry of Environment Water and Agriculture, and the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with several local, regional, and international organizations, highlighting their commitment to advancing asset, facility and maintenance management.
The conference aims to spotlight innovative technologies and best practices that enhance efficiency and sustainability in asset, facility, and maintenance management. It will focus on integrating artificial intelligence, automation, predictive analytics, big data, and the Internet of Things to improve asset
performance and maintenance operations while developing future leaders and promoting sustainable practices.
The conference program will include scientific sessions, panel discussions, and interactive workshops designed to raise awareness of the critical role of asset management and provide essential skills.
