Under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, Jeddah will host the 22nd International Asset, Facilities, and Maintenance Management Conference from January 26 to 28, 2025.
With the theme “Sustainable Operational Excellence for Digitalization of Assets, Facilities, and Maintenance,” the conference is strategically partnered with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Ministry of Environment Water and Agriculture, the Ministry of Education, Health Services at the Ministry of Defense and Saudi Electricity Company in collaboration with several local, regional, and international organizations. This collaboration highlights their commitment to advancing asset, facility, and maintenance management, with participation from global experts and specialists.
In this context, Dr. Mohammed Al-Fouzan, Chairman of the Arab Asset, Facilities, and Maintenance Management Council, emphasized that the conference offers a key platform for exchanging ideas and expertise on the latest advancements in asset and facilities management, particularly as digital transformation accelerates worldwide. He stressed that the event aims to achieve sustainability and operational excellence through the adoption of modern technologies and their integration into daily operations.
Dr. Zohair Al-Sarraj, Chairman of the Conference, expressed his optimism for a successful event that will contribute to raising the standards of asset and facilities management in the Arab region by showcasing successful experiences and encouraging the exchange of ideas among participants. He also acknowledged the vital support from various Saudi entities for such conferences, which further solidify the Kingdom’s leadership in this field.
He highlighted the importance of Saudi Arabia’s initiatives in asset, facilities, and maintenance management, noting that the government is committed to adopting strategies that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
